Biography
William Roy Sharp was born on August 15, 1895 in West Zorra Township, the son of Philip Sharp. He enlisted with the 1st Depot Battalion Western Ontario Regiment and served in England with the 4th Reserve Battalion. He was discharged on July 6, 1919. William returned home to West Zorra and married Erie Rounds in 1921. They raised 6 children.
