Biography
Alexander Matheson was born Oct. 20, 1894, son of Thomas Matheson of Lot 22, Concession 6. At time of his enlistment, on April 12, 1916, he was an unmarried farmer. After the war Alex married Irene Johann Fraser (1914-1992). Alex died in 1974, both he and Irene are buried in North Embro Cemetery.
