Biography
Frank Higgins was born April 27, 1878, in Oxford County. At the time of his enlistment, June 9, 1916 in London, he was a 38-year-old labourer living with his wife, Jane Elizabeth, in Embro. His Attestation Paper describes him as a fair complexion, blue eyes, 5' 5" in height and his religion was Methodist. On Sept. 17, 1918, he died of wounds. He is commemorated in the Dominion Cemetery, Hendecourt-les-Cagnicourt, Pas-de-Calais, France.
