Biography
Ruth Isabel Turner, Royal Canadian Air Force Women’s Division, (1924-2010) was trained in Guelph but based in Trenton and possibly Brantford too. Ruth had many jobs during the war including traffic controller assistant in the tower, cooking meals, doing laundry, acting as a weather observer and flying in airplanes to airbases in Ontario and other eastern provinces.
