Biography
George Edward Kirk was the son of Anna Towle and John Kirk, Lakeside. George enlisted in the 1100S Battn. in 1916. He was a sniper and survived severe shrapnel wounds. He is buried in Christ Church Cemetery, Lakeside, Ontario.
