Biography

Nelson Hopson was the son of Hannah (Coddington) and Albert of Lot 34 Concession 10 and later Kintore.  Nelson joined the Air Force in 1942 and worked at Central Aircraft in London. He was sent to Toronto, then Dunnville and finally to Gander, Newfoundland where he was Sergeant-in-Charge of the barracks plumbing and heating.  In 1945, Nelson returned from service and he and Bernice made their home near Kintore, Ontario, Canada. He is buried in Kintore Presbyterian Cemetery.
